We collect only what is required to respond. Client identities and inventory photographs are never published without written instruction.
Apex Numismatics / Apex Equity Coins collects names, contact details, and specimen descriptions submitted through appraisal and inquiry forms. This information is used solely to evaluate lots, arrange appointments, and correspond with the submitting party.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use client cabinets as marketing. Submissions may be retained as a confidential client file for as long as a relationship exists, or until deletion is requested at apexequitymetals@gmail.com.
Newsletter addresses are stored separately from appraisal dossiers and may be withdrawn at any time. Encrypted transport is used for form submissions. Access is limited to bonded professionals of the house.
